Is the €39 Coaching a legal consultation?
The €39 session is a Strategic Project Audit. We analyze your business or property goal, identify the specific Moroccan laws (such as Law 12-90 on Urbanism) that apply, and provide a roadmap. If your case requires formal legal defense or deed drafting, we facilitate the connection to our vetted legal partners.
Can I open a Moroccan bank account and manage a mortgage from abroad?
Yes. Under the current “Convertible Dirham” regulations, MREs have specific advantages. We help you understand how to repatriate funds and which banks offer the best terms for MRE mortgages, ensuring you remain compliant with both Moroccan and European tax authorities.
