1. Scope of Service: Marhaba MRE provides professional coaching and administrative guidance. We are a “Collective of Experts” acting as consultants. We do not take custody of client funds for property purchases.

2. Booking & Refunds: The €39 Promotional Session is a non-refundable booking fee. Users may reschedule once, provided they give 24 hours’ notice. “No-shows” will forfeit the fee.

3. Collaboration with Professionals: While Marhaba MRE facilitates connections with Notaries and Lawyers, the legal relationship for deed signing or litigation is strictly between the Client and the licensed professional.

4. Investment Risk: All investments carry risk. Marhaba MRE provides the best available information to mitigate risk, but final financial decisions are the responsibility of the client.

5. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain (for payment issues) and the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco (for service delivery issues).
